LESS TIME LOST IN THE FEED

Stop losing hours on
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

Use the apps you need without getting stuck.

Choose apps and a mode. Check them for a while. When the time runs out, they lock. No option to stretch it a little longer.

For social apps or any app where you lose more time than you would like.

Stop Scrolling native block screen on iPhone.

IT HAPPENS

You open the feed for a moment. You come out much later.

You pick up your phone for five minutes. Half an hour has gone by and you did not even notice. That is how doomscrolling starts: one quick check, then one more piece of the feed.

Between one task and the next

You pick up your phone for a second and come back with less focus.

Before bed

You watch a couple of videos to unwind and bedtime gets pushed back again.

When you are bored for a moment

You open an app on impulse and lose exactly the time you did not have spare.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

More control. Less screen time.

It is not a daily limit that shuts those apps from the first minute. It lets you check them for a few minutes and cuts the loop once the short session has already turned into lost time.

Less automatic scrolling
Less screen time
More focus for work or study

APPS, WEBSITES, SAFARI

Limit the places where time disappears.

Stop Scrolling works as an iPhone app blocker for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Safari websites and any app you choose. You decide the places that pull you into the loop; the limit counts across them together.

Apps after a time limit

Use the app normally for a short window. When the shared time is gone, the selected apps are blocked for the mode you chose.

Safari websites too

If the same habit moves to the web, Safari sites can be part of the same setup instead of becoming an easy workaround.

Built on Apple permissions

Stop Scrolling uses Apple Screen Time permissions to apply limits in the background. No live dashboard, no visible countdown, no extra thing to keep checking.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose the apps, choose the mode, and let the block do the hard part.

01

Choose the apps you want to limit

TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube or any app where you lose more time than you would like.

02

Choose the level of friction

There are three fixed modes. Time counts across all the apps you select, not separately.

03

When the total time runs out, the block appears

From that point on, those apps stay blocked for the block period of that mode.

No timer to watch. No extra app to keep checking. The block arrives when the feed has already gone too far.

No timer to watch while you use the apps

No dashboard to keep checking

Choose the apps you want to limit, not only social feeds

THREE MODES. NO FUSS.

Choose how hard you want to slow the feed down.

Light

15 min total use 15 min blocked

A light brake for the habit that keeps stretching.

Hardcore

5 min total use 60 min blocked

For days when you do not want the feed to get a second chance.

FAQ

Questions people usually have

Can Stop Scrolling block apps after a time limit on iPhone?

Yes. You choose the apps and a mode. When the shared time limit runs out, those apps are blocked for the period in that mode.

Can I limit TikTok, Instagram or YouTube without deleting them?

Yes. The point is not to lock those apps from the first second. Stop Scrolling lets you open the apps you chose for a few minutes and only shows the block screen once the shared limit runs out.

Can it limit Safari websites too?

Yes. Stop Scrolling can include websites you choose in Safari, so a web version of the same loop does not become a loophole.

Does it use Screen Time permissions?

Yes. Stop Scrolling uses Apple's Screen Time APIs, including FamilyControls and DeviceActivity permissions, to apply limits on iPhone.

Does Stop Scrolling show a live timer or dashboard?

No. There is no live timer, countdown or dashboard to watch while you use the selected apps. The app stays quiet until the block needs to appear.

Can I press five more minutes when the limit runs out?

Stop Scrolling does not add a five-more-minutes button. Once the configured time is gone, the block stays for the selected mode's block period. As with any iOS Screen Time app, system permissions still need to remain enabled.
